I know exactly what it feels like to hold yourself back. For me, I was not even aware that I had been suffering with imposter syndrome for quite sometime. However, as I started operating in my zone of genius and reflecting over the years as to why I was stagnant in a career I was simply unhappy, overqualified and no longer fulfilling to me. Once I started talking about my struggles, I discovered that I no longer had to suffer in silence. My story resonated with others and they were able to relate to me, which allowed them to begin a conversation about their own doubts and fears that they also struggled with. I have since then, been selected to be featured on the inaugural issue of Trident Magazine, which was published April, 2021. I have been the guest on two podcasts (Change Your Record & She School) sharing my journey and how I was able to break through imposter syndrome.
I want you to know that you no longer have to struggle in silence. It's not an easy road, but you have what it takes inside of you. You have the motivation, passion, determination, resilience that is waiting to be reignited. It is now time to Break Through Imposter Syndrome and Step into HERSTORY.
